At BusyBees Dubai, we believe in being completely transparent about what our customers can expect at every stage of the process — before, during, and after your cleaning visit.
Before Your Cleaning Visit
Booking and Confirmation
You can book your BusyBees Dubai cleaning service through our app, by phone, or via WhatsApp. Once you book, we confirm the date, time, service type (standard, deep, or move-in cleaning), and provide you with a clear, transparent quote based on our rates starting from AED 45 per hour (excluding materials) or AED 50 per hour (with materials), plus VAT.
What You Need to Prepare
BusyBees Dubai brings all the cleaning equipment and products needed for the job, including our eco-certified Diversey detergents and GermanKarcher equipment. You do not need to provide anything. However, we do recommend:
Securing or putting away valuables and important documents
Letting us know about any pets so our team can plan accordingly
Highlighting any specific areas of concern or priority before the team arrives
Ensuring access to your property is arranged for the scheduled time
Reminder and Team Assignment
Ahead of your scheduled visit, you will receive a confirmation reminder. Our team assigns a vetted, trained, and insured cleaner (or team, for larger jobs) to your booking based on the service type and property size.
During Your Cleaning Visit
Arrival and Introduction
Our cleaner will arrive at the scheduled time, in proper BusyBees attire, ready to begin work. If this is your first visit, they will briefly walk through any specific requests or priority areas with you.
The Cleaning Process
Our team follows standardized checklists for your chosen service type — standard, deep, or move-in cleaning. They work systematically through each area of your home using our eco-friendly products and professional-grade Karcher equipment. You are welcome to stay home during the service, or you can leave the property in our trusted team's hands.
Communication During the Visit
If our team notices anything unusual — for example, a maintenance issue, an area that needs special attention, or a request for clarification — they will communicate with you directly and professionally. We believe good communication during the visit prevents misunderstandings afterward.
After Your Cleaning Visit
Final Walkthrough
Once the cleaning is complete, our team will do a final check against the service checklist to confirm everything has been covered. If you are home, you are welcome to do a walkthrough as well.

BusyBeesDubai values your feedback. After your visit, you may receive a follow-up message asking about your experience. If anything was missed or did not meet your expectations, let us know — we take this seriously and will work to make it right.
